TERMS: Net 30 With Credit Approval: 1.5 %Monthly Finance On Late Payment; Customer Pays Freight. FREIGHT: All Orders Are Sent F.O.B. Edinburg, TX. 78539. MJM International Corporation Will Prepay Freight And Add It On To Your Invoice. Customer Agrees To Pay Freight Charges On Orders Canceled After Shipment. PRICE: All Prices Are Subject To Change Without Notice. PLACING ORDERS: For Faster Service, Have Your Customer Number Ready When Placing An Order. Be Specific Of Item Numbers, Specially With Options Available With Model Number. Review Dimensions Closely Prior To Selecting Product, Also Be Aware Of Weight Capacity, Your Color And Fabric Choices. Our Order Clerk Will Repeat Your Order As Confirmation When Placed, And Will Process It As Taken. For Any Changes Made After Original Shipment Customer Will Be Charged Incurred Shipping Costs. MJM International Agrees To Assume Any Costs Due To Incorrect Or Defective Item(s) Sent. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: Packaging Will Be Reinforced At Stress Areas. Even Under These Conditions Freight Damage Can And Will Occur. MJM International Will Resolve With Customer Assistance When The Following Steps Have Been Taken: 1. Inspect All Freight For Damage Prior To Acceptance Of Delivery. 2. Note Any Damage In Writing Or On The Signed Delivery Receipt. 3. Call Your Local Freight Terminal To Report Any Damage And To Receive Further Instructions. After The Above Has Been Done, Contact One Of MJM’s Customer Service Representatives To Report And Resolve Your Situation With The Least Expensive Resolution, By Replacing In Part Or Whole Whichever Will Provide The Quickest Replacement. MJM International Will Assume No Expense Due To Freight Damage If Request Is Made More Than 10 Days After Shipment. RETURN AND EXCHANGE: All Items Returned Must Have A Return Goods Authorization (RGA #) From Our Customer Service Department. 1. MJM International Will Not Be Responsible For Any Resulting Charges. 2. Authorization For Return Must Be Requested Within 15 Days Of Shipment And Customer Must Receive An Rga Number Before Any Product Is Returned.

3. Copy Of Invoice And Date Received Must Be Provided. 4. Item Must Be New And Unused, Of The Original Design, And In The Original Packaging. Item Must Be Disassembled And Internally Strapped As Shipped. (If The Return Package/s Is/Are Damaged. No Credit Will Be Issued). 5. Customer Agrees To Pay 15 % Restocking Fee And Out/Return Freight And/Or Applicable Charges Once Product Is Received And Inspected. INCORRECT ORDERS: • If An Incorrect Order Is Placed, Return Must Be Set-Up Within 15 Days After Shipment. • Authorization For Return Must Be Requested. Customer Must Receive An RGA# Before Any Product May Be Returned. • Item/s Must Be Unused, Disassembled And Internally Strapped As Shipped, And Boxed In Original Carton. • If Package Is Improperly Shipped Back And Damage Occurs, No Credit Will Be Issued. • Customer Agrees To Pay 15% Restocking Fee For Incorrect Orders And In/Out Freight. • If Correct Order Is Placed, Customer Is Still Responsible For The Above Conditions. LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: Limited Lifetime Warranty From Date Of Invoice For Workmanship And Material Integrity With The Exception Of Casters. The Limited Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover Defects Or Malfunctions Caused By Misuse, Improper Installation, Alteration, Exposure To Hazardous Or Corrosive Chemicals, Shipping Damage, Or Other Accident Or Casualty. The Limited Warranty Is Made Only To The Original Purchaser And Is Not Transferable. MJM International Warrants Only The Parts Of The Product Manufactured By It. PVC Frame Has Limited Lifetime Warranty. Materials (Mesh Or Solid Fabrics) Have A Six Months Warranty. Casters Are Excluded And May Be Covered By A Separate Warranty Provided By Their Manufacturer (Warranty For Zinc Plated Casters Is Six (6) Months If Maintained Properly). When Requesting Service Under Warranty, Kindly Have Invoice/Serial Number And Date On Hand. If MJM International Requires Inspection Of Item In Question Prior To Service, Customer Agrees To Ship Item Prepaid To MJM International. If Needed, Repair Or Service Will Be Done At No Charge Otherwise; Customer Will Be Advised Of Charges To Be Incurred Prior To Service.
