DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: All shipments should be inspected for damage upon arrival. Any damage should be noted on the freight bill and a claim must be properly filed directly with the carrier by the payer. NOTICE REGARDING COLOR AND MATERIAL: Colors shown are as accurate as printing allows, some variations may exist. Canvas weight adds 1-3 lbs.+ per cart. WARRANTY: All products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days from delivery. Defective products will be replaced (F.O.B. Darien, WI) if returned during warranty period. No returns are allowed without a Return Authorization Form.

RETURN POLICY: Returns are available thirty (30) days from date of shipment. Prior approval is required. A 25% restocking fee will be charged. Returned goods will not be accepted without a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued by Royal Customer Service. Freight must be prepaid by the shipper on all returns. Returns must be properly packaged to avoid damage. A service charge will be added, if necessary, to perform work to make the items sellable. Non-returnable items include any 3 or 4 bushel basket trucks, spring lifts, accessories, large orders, custom orders or products assembled by customer.
